How UX/UI design changes my life!

I had never thought about user experience how important it is to affect a product. As a consumer when I want to buy a product, the first thing I will look at it is the design of the product if I like it or not.

After I get insight from UX research, user usability, user interview, and user test. I thought it is obligate to understand users what is their demand.

I going to use IOS users vs Andriod users as an example. Most prefer to use Apple products they feel it a simple and friendly user experience. IOS is simple to navigate they minimize the screen tasks let users approach their needs in less time.

I’m an Andriod user, there many smartphones in the market you can use with the android system. Such as Samsung, One Plus, Google and etc. I was got a new phone in 2020 before I buy it I started to research which Andriod phone is good to use and simple. It took a while for me to decided which phone should I get.

In the end, I bought a Pixel 5, according to the research most android users are saying Google is a primitive ecology system, yeah the android is produced by Google. Google has made the system really simple, clean, and user friendly it almost like twin brother with ISO but in a different visual experience. Unlike others brand the user experience of the system are overwhelmed to use and they also install the unnecessary app so that might make the phone run slow when you using the phone.

Indeed the better user experience will always catch users' attention and attract them to use the product. Since then I get more care about the user experience, every time when I buying products I will read the reviews from other buyers to see how they feel about the item when they use it. The second thought is the quality of the product like how sturdy it is.
